The Compassionate Touch Network received an Arts and Social Services 2011-2012 grant from the New Mexico Arts Commission to support a countywide writing, storytelling and performance project in Sierra County.
Minds Interrupted: Stories of Lives Affected by Mental Illness is a process of creative writing and performance open to those who want to tell their story about the impact of mental illness on their lives—whether a family member with a loved one or an individual with a mental illness. The presenters will write, shape and learn to embody their staged performance with professional support (see attached).
